ORLANDO, FL (November 15, 2007) The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) announced the winners of its Top Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) of the World awards program Wednesday, Nov. 14. The awards recognize the global industry's best family entertainment centers. Winners came through a comprehensive judging process that considered operational efficiency, décor and ambience, marketing savvy, and managerial performance.

The Amazing Pizza Machine, Boondocks Fun Center, and Diversia were all recognized at Wednesday night's Family Entertainment Center Reception.

The Amazing Pizza Machine, located in Omaha, Neb., United States, is the largest family entertainment center in the Midwest after only two years in business and features entertainment for all members of the family. The center features bumper cars, indoor electric Go-Karts, glow golf, bowling and thrill rides. Their buffet features pizza, slushies, and ice cream, as well as health-conscious salad bar.

Boondocks Fun Center, located in Draper, Utah, United States, sits in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. The facility's popular Go-Karts feature three racing styles to adapt to guests' age and skill. The party rooms and weatherproof picnic area at Boondocks make it a year-round destination for guests and staff who pride themselves on maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

Diversia, located in Córdoba, Argentina, combines entertainment settings for both children and adults. Founded in 2006, the center features Los Inmigrantes Café on the first floor, and Neverland Park on the second and third floors, complete with a grand carousel. Giant screens with digital surround sound surround the games at the center and the entire facility is equipped with wireless Internet. Diversia staff pride themselves on top-notch cuisine and safe and innovative rides.

IAAPA Attractions Expo 2007
The IAAPA Attractions Expo 2007 is the largest conference and trade show for the amusement park and attractions industry in the world.  With its theme "Expand Your Universe" the show will draw an estimated 25,000 people from more than 85 countries from the amusement and leisure industries to the Orange County Convention Center from Monday, Nov. 12, through Friday, Nov. 16. The trade show floor will be open Tuesday, Nov. 13 through Friday, Nov. 16. IAAPA Attractions Expo 2007 offers a solid week of business and fun. More than 1,000 exhibitors will display their products and services in 500,000 net square feet of exhibit space. The event will also include educational sessions, behind-the-scenes tours, marquee social events and networking opportunities.
