The ideal job candidate’s goal is to reach out to potential and existing group/corporate event customers to create fun group outings for all ages and introduce a new online advance ticket sales program. Some final sale coordination duties may also be necessary to ensure that a group event exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Qualified candidates have:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Maturity and professionalism that effectively meet and exceed group sales customer expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective social and presentation skills for diverse situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use time management skills effectively.
• Sound judgment in making business decisions and in development and implementation of company policy.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of salesforce.com or similar contact management software a plus.
• High school degree or equivalent required.  Post-secondary education a plus.
• 1-2 years prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or similar field strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
