Portions, prepares and rolls flat dough for pizza and other bread products. This is a physically demanding position and requires strength to lift up to 50 pounds of product multiple times during the course of a work shift. Attention to detail and mindset for perfection are critical. Due to equipment used, must be 18 years of age or older.
